2. Solicitation of any person or company using any telephone number or email address found on TC homes for any reason other than the purchase of the Manufactured Homes for sale or resale is prohibited.
3. Extract any information from TC Homes for commercial use or collect, harvest or store personal data about other sellers or buyers including email addresses or other such information, or contact sellers for any purpose other than responding to the content posted by such sellers.
4. Misrepresent themselves as actual buyers or sellers.
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the TC Home's website.
5. In providing us with information from time to time, in listing a Manufactured Home for sale, sellers or buyers agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
6. Sellers and buyers update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. 7.If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we reasonably believe so, we may suspend or terminate your listing, and refuse to provide any current or future services to you.

Terms relating to listing a Manufactured Home on TC Homes website:

1. Listing with TC Homes, you understand and agree that all the listing information you provide will be publicly displayed on TC Homes website and available to anyone.
2. TC Homes makes absolutely no attempt to verify, validate, or protect any listing information provided to us in any way whatsoever, and you are solely responsible for the content of the information you provide.
3. You are solely responsible for all the information you provide on your listing, including the accuracy and completeness of all content that you submit to TC Homes. You must comply with all of the general terms herein, including providing true, accurate and responsible information.
4. TC Homes is not responsible for and does not control or police any emails or telephone calls our sellers or buyers may receive. Once an email or telephone number is advertised it is public information.
5. You understand and agree that TC Homes.net provides listing service only.
6. TC Homes retains the right to edit or delete any listing submitted for any reason.

Typical reasons for removing or editing listings are listed below: 1. TC Homes may change the terms of use at any time without notice. It is the sellers or buyers RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE TERMS HAVE BEEN CHANGED.
2. TC Homes is not responsible if any service interruption should one occur. If such service is interrupted because of BANDWIDTH, power failure, or server reason, and or any other reason.
